Shared boat trips

As you already know, the island receives more visits in summer and our prices change slightly depending on the month of the year. The high season period runs from June 15 to September 15. We consider the rest of the year low season and we operate from Easter to the end of October.

The journey begins by going through the Mahón port, famous for being the second largest and one of the most charming natural harbour in Europe. Take the opportunity to ask the captain all the secrets and historical details of this impressive place hides.

Once you’re outside of the port, we will take the North or South course depending on the wind.

On the northern route, we can sail until Colom island, belonging to the lagoon of Es Grau park. In this nature reserve you will enjoy virgin coves with crystal clear waters that can only be accessed by boats.

On the southern route, we can sail until isla del Aire. It’s considered a Marine Reserve and famous for divers being home to more than 634 different marine species.

In this area, we will cross shallow turquoise waters almost like Caribbean and coves that are difficult or impossible to access by foot.

During the trip we consider your priorities and we will make different stops to swim, sunbathe, snorkel and explore the coastline with paddle surf. On board, local products and the fridge full of cold drinks awaits for you.

Our return policy is very simple. Unfortunately, there are situations that we cannot control or foresee. In these cases, we will work to find the best solution for everyone.

If you wish to change the date or cancel your reservation, contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email to contacto@menorcaenvelero.com or call us at +34 629 930 406.

If you notify us with a minimum of 30 days, we will refund 90% of the total amount paid. 10% for administration expenses will be charged.

Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, canceled flights, etc). If you could send us relevant documents, don’t worry. We will refund the total amount paid minus 10% of administration expenses.

If the cancelation isn’t due to a duly justified reason, you will not be reimbursed.

As you know, sailing is depending on the weather. On the day of your reservation might not be entirely optimal. In that case we will do our best to move the boat to another area of the island where conditions are more favorable or we will find another day for your trip.

If for some reason we cannot find an alternative date for your excursion, we will proceed to pay you the total amount you anticipated.

Here are some weather examples that will not affect the sailing day:

– Forecast with cloudy intervals. The sun will surely come out. Don’t forget the sun glasses.

– Possibility of light and occasional rains during the excursion. We will move with full sail to avoid them.

– Being chilly for not having enough clothes. Bring a jacket, just in case.

If we have no choice but to cancel your trip due to a damage of the boat or the captain’s unavailability, we would be happy to reschedule your trip that suits your needs or we will refund the total amount that you have paid.

We know that you are very careful with the boat and the equipment that we offer you to enjoy a spectacular day on the boat.

However, if something breaks or goes missing, you will be responsible for the following fee:

– Snorkel goggles 20€
– Snorkel tube 10€
– SUP board 300€
– Paddle for SUP 50€
– Boat items 10?
– Seat pad 50
– Life jacket 50
– Parts of the boat 50% of the total repair cost

We will never force the excursion to take a place on a day when you are not going to fully enjoy our boat and our island. We will be as flexible as possible in terms of itineraries and pick-up points.
